Monday's marauders

It was a good session tonight. I was tired but Laura, Gillian, Hans and Harry all gave me the energy I needed. Harry literally gave me a banana. What a coach! I did the following:

Jerk skill with bar with lots of stretching of the hips in between.
Split Jerk--2x3@40
Power Clean and Jerk--1x1@60, 70, 80, 90
Overhead Squats--6x3--I focused on getting wider hips each time and then I would take a hop out to imitate my projected catching stance and squat down.
Drop Snatch--1x3@bar, 40, 50, 60
Snatch Combo (1 Hang Power Snatch/1 Power Snatch/1 Full Snatch--1x3@65, 70, 75, 78, 80
Overhead Squat--1x2@80, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110--This last set was a new best for me.
2 sets of clean grip pnf
Jerk from the rack--1x1@60, 80, 90, 100, 110, 115, 120--I pressed out the last rep with the left arm.
Front Squats--1x3@90, 110, 120, 130

I would like to clarify that when Barry said that I "gave him a bananna" he meant eaxctly that: Not a euphemism for anything else!
